We will not be printing copies of the Workbook but invite you to print a copy of your own, if print is your preferred format. Please do not print the entire document. It is over 150 pages this year. The Conference Workbook contains logistical details, reports from Methodist institutions and business, including:

• Conference and district nominations slates

• Proposed standing rules changes

• The 2027 Annual Estimate of Apportionments

• The Conference Board of Pensions Report, including changes related to HealthFlex plans

• Report from the Council on Finance and Administration

Revisions Since the Workbook was Posted on May 14

• Conference Nominations: Sandy Hastings has been nominated as a new Conference Trustee. Piper Cox has been corrected to Page Cox on the YLT list.

• Special Meal Schedule: The special meal schedule was revised to include a few new items.

• Agenda Update: The Episcopal Address will immediately follow Friday lunch. Previously, the Session was to be called to order and the bar established before the Episcopal Address
